Our programming is designed to meet you where you are at with your current fitness level and take you to the level of fitness and performance you want to achieve.
To do this we start with scheduling for a 1 on 1 consultation and movement screening to make sure the Heath Herrera Fitness training philosophy is right for your goals. Once you determine the best plan of action for you to take to reach your goals we create your plan and start the training. Each session will be different in that life happens and as your coach changes will need to be made based on how you present at each session.
Using the best practices, we share everything we know about nutrition and health, behavior change, and real-world coaching with our fitness family.
