We Build the Engine.
We Protect the Machine.
Built on 30 years of quiet preparation, we bridge the gap between clinical rehabilitation and high performance. We don't count reps or chase fitness trends. Whether you are an everyday adult reclaiming pain-free movement or a competitive athlete building explosive power, our framework optimizes your body for the physical demands of life and sport.
If you want to schedule a consultation or biomechanical screening, or just call and say hello ...
Performance from the Inside Out.
"From the outside looking in, our facility looks different. It’s not flashy, and we don't program chaotic workouts just to leave you exhausted. We treat training as an applied science. Most programs try to build strength on top of a broken engine. We don’t. We make cardiovascular conditioning the absolute bedrock of our system. By utilizing Morpheus Heart Rate & HRV Tracking as our in-house cheat code, we optimize your nervous system and recovery first. It's why our everyday clients completely run circles around traditionally trained athletes. They aren't just lifting weights, they possess a massive physiological engine that recovers faster, lasts longer, and resists injury."
The 4-Level Performance System
Level 1: Systemic Recovery & Conditioning (The Foundation): We use Morpheus biofeedback to track your readiness and build a massive aerobic engine. Without recovery capacity, training is just fatigue.
Level 2: Biomechanical Integrity: Grounded in the 7 fundamental human movements. We find your physical movement leaks and fix them before we ever add weight.
Level 3: Force Capacity & Armor: We teach the body to absorb force and decelerate safely. Most injuries happen when stopping or landing. This is where we build joint armor.
Level 4: Executable Power: True speed, agility, and explosive output. Because we built Levels 1 through 3, Level 4 is highly efficient, dominant, and inherently safe.
Thirty Years in the Making.
"What began as a dream in a small West Texas town (Spur, Texas, the home of former Spurs owner Red McCombs) to coach athletes became a lifelong pursuit of understanding human movement. Earning my B.S. in Kinesiology from Angelo State University in 2002 and my Master’s in Exercise Science from Texas State in 2004, I watched the birth of modern sports science. For over two decades as an independent coach and Rehab Specialist, I have quietly refined a system based on relationships, intent, and results. I approach coaching for the 'Average Joe or Jane' with the exact same scientific rigor I would use for a professional athlete. Meaningful work is built quietly over time. And after 30 years, I still feel like I am just getting started."
A Space Built for Physical Autonomy.
Three Key Pillars:
The Guide, Not the Babysitter: We don't hover over you to count to ten. We coach an active, morning open-floor environment. We write your custom programming, screen your form, and guide the room, teaching you to own your execution.
The Collaborative Process: Our setting allows you to learn in the process. You gain true physical independence, understanding why you are moving, not just how.
Autonomous Access: For athletes and dedicated clients who demonstrate complete movement mastery and safety, we provide specialized facility access during non-coaching hours. (coach is on hand, but this is an open gym setting)
Who is this for?
The Everyday Athlete: For adults who want to lift heavy, move without chronic joint pain, and escape generic bootcamp circuits.
The Competitive Athlete: For high school, collegiate, and tactical competitors who need a Master-level CSCS coach to optimize power, durability, and availability for their season.
We Fix the Leaks Before We Add the Load.
We do not allow random walk-ins or drop-ins. Every single body that trains in our facility begins with a mandatory 1-on-1 Biomechanical Movement Screening.
