The Challenge
Be held accountable to make changes for better habits by the end of the 6 weeks & beyond
Everybody who meets the requirements will be entered to win a prize!
Requirements
The challenge is for 6 weeks. Your check-ins on the Coach Catalyst app will be tracked. Check-in for a minimum of 80% of the 6 weeks and you will be entered to win the prize. That gives you 42 days to check-in over the 6 weeks. To reach 80% you would need to check-in 34 out of the 42 days, giving you 8 days to “miss.” The point of this is to not aim for perfection, but to create the habits you need to have a healthy and fit life.
