The Challenge
Be held accountable to make changes for better habits by the end of the 6 weeks & beyond

Everybody who meets the requirements will be entered to win a prize!

Requirements
The challenge is for 6 weeks. Your check-ins on the Coach Catalyst app will be tracked. Check-in for a minimum of 80% of the 6 weeks and you will be entered to win the prize. That gives you 42 days to check-in over the 6 weeks. To reach 80% you would need to check-in 34 out of the 42 days, giving you 8 days to “miss.” The point of this is to not aim for perfection, but to create the habits you need to have a healthy and fit life.

The Training.

Everything done at Heath Herrera Fitness is coached

I have ample experience working with newbies and experienced folks alike.

Don't think an injury is any excuse to stay away from training! I screen everybody who trains with us - giving us the information we need to meet your needs.

This screen also tells us how to better fit your training to our team training or semi-private programs!

The Nutrition.

Daily lessons, easy to make recipes
Like I said before, everything we do is coached.  The nutrition is no different.

You will get a sample meal plan to guide your planning, you will NOT be required to skip meals, drastically cut calories or replace food with non-food items.

The nutrition is simple: eat real food - foods without nutrition labels. Simple doesn't mean easy.  Anything worth doing requires some effort and planning ahead!
